Escrow and disputes

Escrow runs the way the atlas expects. You fund an order, the vendor ships, you confirm receipt, and the coin releases, with an auto-finalise backstop if a buyer confirms nothing. Disputes go to moderators who read signed evidence from both sides while the coin is still held in the multisig contract.

New vendors post a bond and run escrow-only through a probation window before they can ask for finalise-early. The deal count and the dispute ratio sit at the top of every profile, so reading a vendor's standing takes a few seconds rather than a leap of faith. A vendor who loses disputes leaves a visible trail on the map.

The one move that throws all of it away is finalising early on a vendor who has not earned it. The atlas position does not change for BlackOps. Do not release before the package is in your hands, whatever the discount offered for doing it sooner.
